Strategic Advancement Corporate & Education Consulting, Inc. (“Strategic Advancement,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information across our websites, online courses, coaching programs, educator and student networks, and learning communities (collectively, “Services”).
We comply with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA), and Ohio Senate Bill 29.
2. Information We Collect

- Name, email address, school/district, billing information
- Usernames, passwords, and profile details
- Course activity, assessments, messages, and comments
- For minors: parent/guardian contact info, school verification
b. Automatically via Platform (e.g., Kajabi):
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers
- Login times, page views, usage analytics
- Cookies and session tracking
c. From Schools (If Enrolled via a District):
- Student rosters, educator assignments
- User metadata and usage for learning tracking
- Survey participation (PPRA governed, see §6)
3. Use of Information
We use your data to:
- Deliver course and coaching content
- Facilitate network/community participation
- Track progress, issue badges, and generate certificates
- Improve services and conduct analytics
- Meet legal, contractual, and compliance obligations
4. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell or license your personal information.
We may share limited data with:
- Authorized subcontractors (e.g., Kajabi, Zoom, Mailchimp)
- Schools/districts (when users are enrolled via school partners)
- Parents/guardians, upon lawful request (FERPA/COPPA)
- Legal authorities, if required by law or court order
All subprocessors must contractually comply with Ohio SB 29, including limitations on further disclosure and requirements for data security.
5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Parents of children under 13 may:
- Review their child’s personal information
- Request deletion of data
- Withdraw consent at any time
6. Surveys & Student Data (PPRA Compliance)
If surveys are used to collect information about:
Political beliefs, mental health, sexual behavior, illegal behavior, or religion
We will:
- Notify parents/guardians
- Allow inspection of materials in advance
- Require opt-in consent
7. Data Security
We maintain technical, administrative, and physical safeguards including:
- Role-based access controls
- Encrypted communications
- Annual cybersecurity review under the Ohio Data Protection Act

Student/educator data is retained only as long as needed for educational purposes.
Upon course completion or school termination, accounts may be anonymized or deleted within 12 months.
