CEU Tracker Guide for The Leadership Hub & Advanced Leadership Program

Purpose of the CEU Tracker

The CEU Tracker is designed for members of The Leadership Hub and the Advanced Leadership Program who wish to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon completing the program. This tracker serves as an essential tool for documenting participation in eligible activities, ensuring accurate reporting for certification purposes.

Who is Eligible?

Members who commit to one year of The Leadership Hub and/or the Advanced Leadership Program are eligible to earn CEUs.

How to Use the CEU Tracker

Participants must log their hours for the following eligible activities:

1. Community Challenges (e.g., self-care challenge, weekly activity logs)
2. Action Planning Calls
3. Goal and Strategy Monitoring
4. Implementation Plan with Your Coach
5. Live Community Meetups
6. Passion Project or Book Study (Advanced Leadership Program only)

Completing the CEU Tracker

For each activity, members should record:

1. Full Name – Ensure consistency with program records.
2. Email Address – Used for verification and communication.
3. Contact Number – Optional but useful for follow-ups.
4. Course/Activity – Specify the event, challenge, or coaching session attended.
5. Contact Hours – Total hours spent on the activity.
6. CEUs Earned – To be calculated based on program guidelines.
7. Completion Date – The date the activity was finished.

Submitting Your Tracker

At the end of the program, participants should review and finalize their records before submitting the CEU Tracker for approval. This ensures timely processing for CEU certification.
