Welcome to the Leadership Hub Community!
This is a space for growth, collaboration, and support as we elevate our leadership skills together.
To foster a positive and engaging experience, please review and agree to the following guidelines below before joining.
1. Community Challenge - Your First Step
To kickstart your journey, complete these steps upon joining:
- Introduce Yourself:Â Share your name, what you hope to learn from this program, and one fun fact about yourself.
 - Join a Community Circle: Choose a topic of interest, leave a comment on what excites you most about it, or pose a thought-provoking question to the group.
- Engage with Others:Â Comment on at least five posts in the community to contribute to the conversation and support fellow members.

2. Respect and Professionalism

Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Disagreements are natural, but let’s keep discussions constructive and professional.

 No hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks will be tolerated.

4. No Self-Promotion or Spam

This is a space for mutual learning, not self-promotion. Avoid unsolicited DMs, selling, or excessive promotion of your own services.

 Share resources and insights only if they genuinely contribute to the discussion.

5. Confidentiality & Trust

What’s shared in the group stays in the group. This is a safe space for discussing leadership challenges and growth.

Respect others' privacy and do not share screenshots or content without permission.

6. Commitment to Engagement

Active participation makes this community thrive. Check in regularly, engage in discussions, and contribute positively to the group.
